Throughout my life, I’ve been driven by a desire to help others—growing up as a foster brother, creating a school from the ground up, and coaching and teaching across the globe. I’ve learned that my deepest passion is guiding people toward success.

Educator with extensive experience designing and leading innovative learning environments.
Founder and Presenter of Cs LIFE, a program dedicated to cultivating courageous and thriving cultures.
Founder and Director, Podium of Life Snow Sports Academy, responsible for launching and operating a unique integrated academic–athletic program.
Led a gifted education program within the public school system.
Directed a specialized program for incarcerated youth within the public system, supporting rehabilitation and learning.
Worked with eight Olympic athletes through the Podium of Life program.
Head Coach, Girls Wrestling — guided the team to a high school provincial championship.
High-level freestyle ski coach developing athletes to the provincial, national, and international stage.
Coached across multiple sports—basketball, volleyball, triathlon, long-distance running, soccer, swimming, and surfing—teaching athletes to choose the thoughts that drive success.
Managed Podium of Life Student/Athlete Acceleration, an online performance and learning platform.
Completed two international teacher exchanges, contributing to cross-cultural educational practice.
Served as a guest speaker at international schools overseas.
Acted as a mentor for boys, providing guidance and leadership development.
Developed online courses for elite athletes, focused on performance, mindset, and personal growth.

Personal Background:

Raised in the rugged wilderness of Alaska, developing resilience and a deep connection to the outdoors.
World Championship triathlon competitor, demonstrating discipline, endurance, and high-performance commitment.
Father of two sons, a two-time Olympian as well as a professional skier and coach, with a lifelong involvement in elite sport and athlete development.
Former broker with Teekay Shipping, one of the world’s largest oil tanker company, gaining international experience in global operations and high-stakes decision-making.
Sailed across the South Pacific, furthering global perspective, adaptability, and exploration.
Played a significant role in raising more than 40 Indigenous foster siblings, contributing to family support, community care, and cultural understanding.
Volunteered in Africa during the AIDS epidemic, supporting humanitarian efforts in a time of critical need.
